Start the week moving your body & clearing your mind
The new class will be suitable for all levels, with a short energising vinyasa flow followed by relaxation to help you rest and restore. I will guide you through the transitions and help you find the way the pose best fits your body. Yoga is truly for any body, I can provide modifications, alternative postures for varying experience, injuries or pregnancy.
I'm Louise, I've recently completed a 200 Hour Yoga training course (RYTT) at 121 Hot Yoga Studio in Essex. I l have been practicing Yoga for over 10 years and originally started practicing to stretch running injuries but have found so much more from it and attribute yoga to helping me balance a busy life!
Each class is £10 per session
If you book 5 Classes, there is a special loyalty price of £40 (£8 per class saving you 20%)
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing, strengthens the body and improves flexibility. Yoga isn't about touching your toes, It's about the journey on the way down!
Wear active wear that you are comfortable in, and something warm for the end of class relaxation (Savasana). If you already have a yoga mat please bring this, if not let me know as I have some spare!
Yes, we have a dedicated car park for use during class.
